My wife and I are relocating from Los Angeles to Redding. We used the Mover’s Advantage through USAA and were paired with Glenda Grant. Best thing to ever happen to us. Glenda has been professional from the get go and extremely knowledgeable. Not just with real estate either, but with the whole Redding Area.
I can’t speak for the rest of the realtors in this office, but when it comes to Glenda she is GREAT! We will be using her to purchase our home when we relocate in February and will use here to purchase our rental properties from here on out. If you want a realtor who knows the area, pricing, who is professional, organized, and well connected then you must give Glenda a call.

This real estate office is the single most unprofessional office I’ve ever heard of. They do not return calls. They do not enforce contracts. Our escrow closing with a buyer for our home came and went; extensions were filed, but, a second is now due and we have not had any return calls from our agent, agent’s manager, or the head of Coldwell Banker for this entire area. We will NEVER recommend this office for a single transaction.
