I didnt end up using their service because I found my key at the last second. But they came highly recommended from a friend who has used their services and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Knowing my propensity to lose keys… I’m sure I will need a locksmith in the future and I will definitely call Carol’s!

Got locked out of our home heading out the door on a family vacation (early in the morning). Bill came by and promptly fixed everything before we left so that we wouldn’t have to deal with it in the late night hours of our return. Went in to the shop several weeks later to get our door rekeyed, and were again amazed at the efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Carol’s Lock & Key staff were fantastic to work with all around. While we aren’t anticipating another emergency lock out situation, we would use them again and again!
