ABC Cab

Quick pick up but a little snarky grumpy service. Would give a 4 star otherwise. Driver did not even get out to help. We had to load our own bags in the car. Drove fast and disregarded rules. Was efficient though and did his main job.

I’m soo pissed off right now, I’ve been waiting for abc cab to show up for over an hour and a half, and this is not the first time this has happened, it’s vary disappointing, because I use cabs almost every day, and I’m your above average tipper. I hope this gets to the owners, that’s if they care what is going on in there business, but this is not how you conduct business.

Absolutely the worst cab company in Redding.
I called and made a reservation to the airport for the following morning. My confirmed pickup time was for 3:15am. I got the feeling I should call and check at 3:20am and they had no record of me and said they would dispatch out a cab immediately. 45 minutes later I was on the phone with Yellow Cab who promptly saved the day and got me to the airport just in time for my flight.

I am not one to be picky.
But I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and had to be observed in the er.
After getting released from the hospital at about 2am. I called ABC after receiving professional service from them before.
They told me it would be about 30 minutes. After an hour and a half waiting. I called them back, I was then told another 30 minutes due to a driver receiving a pickup in Red Bluff.
This shows that they do not honor the que, after being told this I told them to go kick rocks, this was not due to the wait time, but due to the lack of communication.
I bit the bullet and called yellow cab, the driver was late but they kept me updated.
I will never use ABC cab, they clearly care less about their customers than they imply.

Absolute worst in redding. Consistantly late and misquoted wait times. Everytime I’ve called they are at least 10 – 15 minutes late. I called an hour ahead and was told 25 – 30 minutes, it took over an hour for them to get here. I gave them a couple chances, but not ever again. Being a former cab driver in Redding, I know wait times can be unavoidle or change, but never have I had a cab company be late 100% of the time.

As someone who works at a hotel and uses this cab company for guest going to the airport early, they are on time and never fail. They deserve 5 stars.

Can’t give a zero. Called and made a reservation and confirmed the night before for a 3:30am pick up to get to the airport. Was told when I called at 3:30am that there was no reservation and I should call a different cab company. Total fail!!! I would have got the name of the horrible customer service agent on the phone, but I didn’t want to miss my flight. These people don’t care about how they affect other’s lives.

Dispatchers are kind, drivers are warm and friendly, it was perfect. I landed at the airport late and couldn’t get a rental car. I used ABC a total of three times in less than 24 hours. They were on time, every time, and even emailed me my receipt when I forgot to get it. Made the trip easy.

Well planned in advance. Like on tues for Sat Organized for ABC Cab to drive us from the Beer event, Tap Into Tehama. About 30 min till pick up. I got a call they can’t come to Redbluff, not their territory. I sure wish someone could have figured this out a little sooner. So I have never been in an ABC cab, not sure I ever will.

The Stalker Club of Redding (S.C.O.R.) being a Community service felt it was necessary to rate the best Taxi Co we could find. We found ABC Taxi to be just that. They are friendly and quick and offer a fair price to their clients. If you want an easy phone number to remember then call the other company, but if you want good service then call ABC and ask for Chuck.
