Every visit to Aaron Brothers in Redding has been a very good retail experience. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The coupons I receive in the mail are ones that help me out cost wise and the custom cut matts are first class. Cutting matts is not cheap but then you get what you pay for! I’m so glad they are in Redding since I live 50 miles north and would have to go much farther away to find such a wonderful store.

1. So disappointed to buy a 16×20 frame and find out it had plexiglass. When I took it back I found they have a 20% restocking fee for opening the package. There was no mention about the plexiglass on the packaging; otherwise I would not have purchased nor opened the wrapping. The clerk told me I should have known based on the placement of the frame in the store — WTH???
2. Cutting a mat is crazy expensive. $ 60 – 80
