Stephanie is a very compassionate woman with a true gift. She intuitively guides the session to address the needs of your body. She uses a variety of methods to provide a very gentle approach in an adjustment and realignment. She is thorough and really listens to the history that may lead up to the current condition and for overall treatment for you as an individual. I highly recommend her if you live in the Redding area!
