Tom Gorman has been practicing law in the Red Wing area since 1977. In 1991, after spending 5 years as a District Court Judge in Goodhue County, Tom decided to return to private practice and founded the Thomas E. Gorman Law Office, specializing primarily in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Law, and Family Law.

In 1999, Nicole Broderick joined the firm, practicing exclusively in the area of family law. Nicole represents clients in marital dissolutions, child custody, parenting time, child support, and paternity matters, step-​parent adoptions, and prenuptial agreements.

In 2011, Chet Lexvold joined the firm, focusing on criminal defense.
