Red Oak Carwash

This place is the worst. It takes 1+ hour to get them to put your car through the wash and wipe down the doors. You don’t get what you paid for. I paid for the gold detail and when I left my inside of my car and was the same they vacuumed it and didn’t bother to wipe anything else.

If you have an hour + to waste on a slow time of the day, this is the place to come. OMG, I could feel my body aging as I was waiting for my car. Took forever to get it done.
Since the new management took over, service went down the toilet and prices have gone up.
Highly disappointed!

DO NOT GO HERE. They scratched up the sides of my car and refused to acknowledge that they did it. Incredibly rude about it.
I got there around 6pm on 9÷15÷15 and they seemed very nice until I paid for it and then they back VERY rude. Rushed through with my car, didn’t clean any of the windows (I paid for them and all the interior to be done) and watched them. It do it. And then when I got home I noticed a TON of scratches on the side of my bright red car.
Absolutely the worst experience and I highly encourage finding a different option.

I parked my car beside a sprinkler system that sprayed pond water on it overnight, then the sun baked on the mineral deposits the next day. The car was mottled and spotted with raised deposits.
The attendant saw the spots and warned me that just a regular wash probably wouldn’t be enough to get the deposits off. He was right. After washing and drying the car, the worst spots were still present. He told me a hand wax *might* get off the deposits, and hand-​waxed (no charge) tested a few areas off the car, but the hand waxing didn’t help either. The only way to really get off the deposits would be buffing, but that can take a couple of hours (which I didn’t have). I’ll take the car back for that buffing when I get a chance.
All the attendants at the Red Oak Carwash were very helpful and friendly; far more so than any other carwash that I’ve been to.
