Don’t let the pictures deceive you. Although it is quite possibly the best motel is Red Oak, I highly recommend you go north to DeSoto or South to Waxahachie. Unfriendly housekeepers and a nonexistent «continental» breakfast pissed me off. Writing on the shower tiles from construction… Really? It is obvious the jackass that owns this place is a slum lord who has expanded his business. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

Horrible experience. Trini the manager overcharged me on two credit cards and while their error will not credit my account.; I have disputed the charge with AMEX and I am blessed to have them in my corner.
Fron desk is clueless took 45 minutes to check in as the did not know how to work the computers. I feel like they stole $ 100 from me for the false overcharge to AMEX.
STAY AWAY !! I like to write great reviews and share the positive about people and places. Say I am unable to do this at this place.

My boyfriend and 10 month old son are on a road trip from San Antonio to Indiana. He unfortunately left his wallet at home. When they were ready to stop driving for the night at 2:30 am, he called me to ask if I could call the comfort inn to book the room, since you apparently can’t pay cash at many hotels anymore. I called, explained to the woman that my boyfriend accidentally left his wallet behind so I was calling on his behalf to book a room and they would be arriving in just moments. I gave her all the credit card info, all his info, my info, our address, etc, etc. Then she says to me that hopefully he has an ID to verify who he is. I had just explained to her that he left his whole wallet! I asked if there was any other way for him to prove his identity, car registration, etc? She said no. I pleaded that my 10 month old son needed a place to sleep for the night. She was not empathetic to our situation at all and said to try another hotel. My boyfriend had been in the parking lot waiting for my confirmation. I had to tell him that she wasn’t allowing him to get a room, while I could hear my baby crying in the background. He still went inside to see if I could email a copy of his ID. She apparently doesn’t know how to use the Internet. She finally agreed to let me fax a copy of his ID and credit card. Apparently it was coming through all black. Then she told him that he could use his registration as proof of identity! After all this, they didn’t get checked in until around 3:45 am. I’m very mad about this whole situation. Angry that she would allow my son and boyfriend to sleep outside rather than book the room for them. Next time we drive through Red Oak, we will not be staying here, or any other Comfort Inn for that matter.
