I got the Unilocal app just to let people know how bad this place is. Every time I go in there I walk out with a faulty product that they say they can’t exchange. Then they so you aren’t points on a program that they give you a discount for… I earned points for a 20% discount so they gave me 10% off… so they openly rip you off. I even came back and asked the gentleman about it and he said that he was supposed to give me 10% off when it clearly said on my phone 20% discount had been taken off my purchase which was just a flat out lie. They have good oils, but even though they are within walking distance of my house I’d rather drive the 30 minutes it takes to get to puff and stuff so that I can buy things that are actually new out of the box instead of the display (because they won’t sell you the things that are new from a box even if you ask, maybe they will after they have enough people ask) and then they won’t return them because you didn’t buy them from a box I don’t understand these people I’ve been in retail for 20 years and I have never seen such awful customer service and such awful products. If you have to buy oil its an OK place if you need to buy ANYTHING else DON’T buy it from here. You will be sorry. They will not help you when it breaks a week later.

They accidentally sold me a cinnamon flavor that was not compatible with my mod that I bought from them (cinnamon is acidic and will melt certain plastics, which my $ 100 mod tank is made of). It ruined my tank completely. They were so kind and quick to replace it at no cost. They always have discounts running and their sample bar is second to none. No cheap cartos on the bar. High quality drip tanks that you can actually taste the flavor of what you are sampling.
