History

Established in 1998.

With his passion for the outdoors, a green thumb, and over 20 years of hands-​on experience in landscaping, Lenny Haines launched Lenny Haines’ The Landscape Company & Nursery in April of 1998. While renting an office and storage space in East York and focusing only on landscape design /​build, Lenny had full intent to someday open a nursery.

Two years later, Lenny was presented with the opportunity to buy the real estate and contents of a garden center located in Red Lion. He jumped on this opportunity and since his purchase in January of 2000, Lenny has been transforming the gift shop that sold flowers to the beautiful and extensive garden center and nursery it is today.
