Airbrush Bronzing — Custom Spray Tans is owned and operated by me, Sheri Meck Franks. My spray tan training is through Norvell University in Basic, Advanced, and Colorology. My experience in skin care has developed my knowledge in the two key elements of spray tanning; the pre-​tan preparation and post-​tan care. I work with you before your tan, during your tan, and after your tan. My goal is a customized depth to match your preference and to help maintain the longevity of your tan.

Spray tanning is a form of self tanning (or sunless tanning) where a fine mist is sprayed onto your body. This mist has an ingredient called Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) that interacts with your own skin’s chemistry to turn it tan or bronze. The DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) reacts with the amino acids in your skin and the oxygen in the air causing your skin to turn brown.

Different skin types react in different degrees to the solution, therefore we have a range of strengths to achieve your desired tan.
