Old Farm Road R & R Psychiatry was created to help thosestruggling with addiction to pain-​killers and other opiate or opioid based drugs. In addition to employing Buprenorphine (Suboxone) medication for opioid dependent individuals, we offer counseling and our staff encourages utilizing the many recovery resources in our community and helps patients connect with the help and treatment plan they need.

Business Owner

Dr. James Standefer, MD, is Board certified in both adult and child/​adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Standefer also has degrees in social work (MSW) and divinity studies (MDiv) which complement his recovery-​based approach to opiate replacement treatment. Dr. Standefer also works with a Recovery Technician who assists in individualizing your recovery approach. He collaborates closely with your therapist or counselor, or helps you find these resources.
