The Crystal Lakes restaurant is a surprise. Considering it’s location being so far from civilization and the fact that there are not that many people in Crystal Lakes, they do a super job. The quality of the food is better than the average diner. For example we ate there last night and the french fries were fantastic — they had a nice lite pepper seasoning. My burger had fresh tomato and crisp lettuce. They offer a good selection of standard and micro-​brews.
Carrie and crew are the best. They are super friendly to both regulars and new comers. It’s a great place to meet your neighbors.

No I don’t work for them, but I’m a fan of the restaurant and the folks that run the place (and I wanted to be the first Unilocal reviewer). If you are up in these ‘parts’, stop in for a bite.
