Established in 1987.

PrimeLending is a PlainsCapital mortgage company based in Dallas, Texas. We can originate loans in all 50 states. We have ranked in the top 10 in total purchase loans closed in the country for 5 consecutive years. We have also been rated as one of the top mortgage companies in the country for 5 straight years. As a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a degree in Business Administration (Finance & Economics concentrations), Jody has the educational background to provide you with the answers you need for any scenario you might have. With over 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry, it is unlikely that there is a scenario he has not seen before.

Jody recently got engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Sabrina. They reside in Redding, CA and have 3 great kids. Much of their time is spent at their kids sporting events (football, baseball, basketball and dance). When they’re not cheering on their kids, they enjoy golfing, travel, cars and boating/​water sports. They are both SF Giants fans and try to catch a few games in SF every year.

Together they plan to enjoy life to its fullest everyday as they work towards retirement in another 10 – 12 years.
