History
Established in 2001.
Trinity Rehab Middletown opened in 2006. We offer outpatient physical therapy for the surrounding areas of Red Bank, Holmdel, Long Branch, Eatontown, Shrewsbury, Tinton Falls, Atlantic Highlands and Hazlet. Our physical therapy office is conveniently located near the Garden State Parkway on Highway 35 South. Middletown patients experience innovative physical therapy in our relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in offering one-on-one care to all of our patients. Director of Middletown/Athletic Director
Rose holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. Rose has previously worked at the renowned Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan, NY, where her extensive professional experience encompasses sports therapy, immediate orthopedic post operative care, and treatment of the neurologically impaired due to traumatic brain injury or stroke. Rose is a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner (CKTP), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Pilates Basic Mat Instructor. Fluent in English and Spanish, Rose focuses on manual therapy as well as proper exercise form and execution to optimize patients’ rehabilitation.
