History

Established in 1998.

It all began in 1998 with One Man and a Dream.

In 1992, young Giovanni brought his perseverance and his art of cooking, from Italy to America, where he continued to express his love for Italian cuisine. It was in Shrewsbury, NJ where he founded San Remo Restaurant and gave his customers a sophsticated, elegant flair to Italian cuisine. His menus feature a wide range of options, from hand-​cranked pastas, savory steaks, exotic wild game and elegant desserts sure to end the meal on a sweet note. In 2014, Giovanni relocated San Remo to the heart of Red Bank, expanding his audience and making sure everyone in town received a little tatse of Italy.
