Lash Out!

The quality of customer service is clearly defined in the shop’s name, «Lash Out.» I got individual eyelash extensions done a day before my wedding and followed all of the care instructions to ensure that the glue would cure and my lashes would set properly. That same night more than 10 lashes fell out! The following day, which was the morning of my wedding an additional 10 lashes fell out! I called the shop after my wedding informing them of what happened and was rudely questioned by the owner as to why I did not inform them sooner of the issue. I explained that my wedding was the following day, which was a far distance from the location. The owner did not apologize for the experience I had and refused to provide me with a full refund stating that they cannot gurantee the lashes would remain intact… seriously?! I paid $ 100 (which were on sale because they are regularly $ 200 in the shop) and they weren’t even in for a full 24 hr day period!!! My sister also purchased a set of party lashes ($ 40) and had the same experience; however, most of her lashes fell out within the same day they were put on. The owner was beyond rude in her comments and interaction with both of us. She lacks the social skills necessary to run a successful buisness in which customers feel welcome and respected. My sister and I asked her employees how they could deal with working for someone of this nature and they stated that many customers have made similar complaints about her demeanor and rude conduct. I STRONGLY urge anyone to reconsider stepping foot in this shop and getting any services done! Also, I was forced to include a star rating in order to post his review but, I do not feel that this shop even deserves the one star.

Look great but do not last unfortunately. First full set almost one whole eye fell out after 2 weeks. Went in for touch up — after 2 weeks both eyes completely gone. They look terrific but do not last and I did everything as indicated and even bought the serums. May try a different place with alternative adhesive. Very expensive for one month of lashes but terrific look and the people were very nice.

I get my eye lashes dyed here. Staff is always curteous and accomodating. The tint lasts for about 4 week on my lashes and is reasonably priced.

I am thrilled with my lashes — LOVE, LOV, LOVE them! Diana is amazing — Mary (receptionists) cracks me up — it is a very fun, hip place and I would recommend Lash Out to ANYONE!

They delete negative reviews here. .got lashes done here and my dr treated me for a eye infection the next day. Not clean here. Employee was late for my appointment and rambled on and on while doing my lashes about arguing with her boyfriend. very unprofessional. Instead of deleting reviews you should learn from them to build your business.

I would not recommend anyone to use this facility. Their staff is extremely unprofessional, they are over priced, and they are not clean. I was so upset after my facial and felt it did nothing to help my skin. I would never return

Biggest scam ever! I thought I’d try them out during spa week as they were advertising a natural set with their «premium» lashes for $ 50. Upon arriving for my appointment they immediately started the upsell for their mink lashes for an additional $ 25. In fact, they went so far as to explain how the premium lashes aren’t very good quality, they fray and don’t give a great result. So much for them being «premium» and if they’re so bad, exactly why are you offering them? If you’re thinking of going to Lash Out I urge you to reconsider — unless you like underhanded, unprofessional businesses in which case Lash Out is perfect!
