History

Established in 1988.

Charles A. Karcher started practicing law in 1988 and was an in-​house litigator for a multi-​billion dollar organization. He opened his own practice in 1993 and its business has been growing ever since. In early 2010, the Karcher Law firm was formed and expanded to include 3 additional attorneys bringing with them their vast legal knowledge and experience.

Business Owner

Charles A. Karcher is admitted to practice before the courts of New Jersey and New York, united states Federal District Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association. Charles has a Bachelors Degree in Business and Communications from Adelphi University and a Juris Doctor Degree from New York Law School. He has been practicing since 1988. Prior to opening his own practice, Charles was in-​house litigator and executive for a multi-​billion dollar organization, taught contracts and negotiations at New York University (NYU) and was Vice President and Director of the National Association of Purchasing Management-​NY. He is also a former realtor.

Charles is active in his community and is a member, Chairman or Trustee of many local Boards and Foundations.
