Meet the Business Owner

Stephen M.

Business Owner

I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a soccer background. I have always been involved with sports my entire life and I always have had the motivation and dedication to be in the best shape I can. I enjoy helping as others in any way possible. Therefore I wanted to bring my passion for helping others and fitness together and ultimately became a personal trainer.

I began my business Healthy Principles Fitness Training, LLC in 2013 because I didn’t agree with the direction some gyms were going in. I truly want to help people, that is what I feel I have been put on this planet to do. I don’t consider personal training a job, I consider it a lifestyle. It is a passion of mine which I thoroughly enjoy doing and I feel like I am lucky to be able to be there for people and help make a difference in their lives. Nothing beats making a positive change and direction and seeing peoples dreams and goals come to fruition.
