THE BEST! I would give this place 100 stars if I could. TJ is as knowledgeable as he is awesome. Just a quality guy and a quality pet shop. We are loyal to this place and will remain that way! Go there and buy a new addition to your family.

Great pet shop. We go there often to pick up quality food for our dog and to have him groomed. The staff are excellent. The owner is hands-​on, always looking to please the customers. Love this place!

Hands down the best pet shop in the world if you’re looking for a new family member. The employees treat all their pets really well & are super knowledgeable about all their animals. I brought home the cutest holland lop from there, and I couldn’t be happier. I still run in there time to time to pick up food/​treats/​toys for my pet. Also, you can bring your pets in for grooming/​nail trimming/​etc. TJ (the owner) really knows his stuff, so if you ever go in there talk to him!

Fins a and feathers is by far the best pet store in this area! The employees are amazing and the owner, TJ is so friendly and helpful. He knows many of the customers by name and even remembers their pets and their specific needs! He is also extremely knowledgeable about all animals and is in the store almost everyday if you have questions. We recently bought a kitten and he is an amazing little guy. In the past I’ve also bought hamsters and another cat who is now ten years old! This is a great store and it is really fun to visit!

Definitely a pet shop geared more towards sea creatures and birds, hence the name, but they do supply other pet needs. I’ve been to this store twice, and I swear the second time, the cat food dwindled down to an even smaller section than before. But while smaller, the prices are still good. They stock Merrick cat food at $ 1.09 per can, which is considerably less than the $ 1.29+ I’ve seen in most other locations. And my cat loves her some Thanksgiving Dinner.
Again, shop is pretty small, but selection is fine enough with their prices so fair. You can peruse the bunnies and birds while you mull over your ‘select’ selection.

This is the best pet shop ever, and the best animal care ever. They take care of your pets as their own. I come here to trim my rabbit’s nails, and for only $ 5 they take care of your pet so well and even did her thumb, which the vets at PetSmart missed for several visits causing it to curl under my rabbit’s paw– which I never ever noticed!
They even do overnight critter care if you go on vacation and don’t have anyone to feed your pet.

Great local pet store with friendly employees and reasonable prices. I love that they do adoptions for small animals, too.

I have been going to Fins and Feathers for many years. Whether it be for my dog supplies, pond supplies, birding or our lizards. There are real people working here, so helpful and personal. I have never had a finger point to the place, were the item I needed, was. Helen, the owner, has even helped me through some difficult times. This was a day that the electric/​heat went out and I need to find warmth for both my lizards. One died in my hand while I was on my way to Fins. Helen and the girls helped me with the other keeping her warm, free board for almost a week. The other they knew was dead but was so kind to keep him, returning to me later in an appropriate container. Helen and her little family there was so comforting. Helen also did some reassuring when I showed her my new adoptie from the Humane Society. I didn’t know she was a pit bull!!! But she reassured me that that my new puppie was a gentle soul. Fins is right down the street from me, not a trip to the mall to find out all the crickets (that my lizard eats) are dead. And what ever I need Helen puts what ever she is doing down and looks it up for me and orders it. I love my Fins and Feathers and love to visit all the animals up for adoption. Yes, Helen and her family loves animals just as much as I do. Thank you Helen for being there whether it be the dog getting skunked to her Christmas presents… I love you all.
