My family came to this place several times but I feel the overall experience with the store is getting worse. I had to wait several weeks for an eye exam and the customer service quality of the staff members who answered the phone was sub-par. No more! I am taking my business to somewhere else.

I went there for the first time and thought it was great. Everybody there was super friendly and funny, and took care of my eye needs completely. I would definitely recommend this place.

Horrible. Bought glasses here about three years ago. To paraphrase my new eye doctor, I don’t know how they let me leave the store with them. The frames were too tight resulting in a nice groove along the side of my head. The lenses weren’t even properly aligned with my eyes! They were supposedly progressive lenses that would help me see to read but I have had to take them off to read since I got them.

They’re wonderful. They will work you based on your insurance or non-insurance plan to figure out what’s best for you. I’ve been going for years, and so has my family. I would go here any day over Lens Crafters, Target, Walmart, and the expensive optometrists in the Prudential mall in Boston. If you can’t find a frame you like in the store, they’ll also work with you if you bring an external frame to get it fitted.

They are the best here. They genuinely care about finding the right glasses for you based on what you need and can spend. Other places like Lenscrafters and Pearle Vision are just trying to get you to get the most expensive pair. Great people.
