Their billing department is the reason not to go here. I had to call them more than 3 times for one visit. They continued to submit the claim incorrectly to my insurance and became upset with me for their mistakes. At their Oaks office, the doctor was fine and the receptionist was very helpful, so it is a shame.

I went to Progressive Vision Institute for about 5 years and I’ve finally had it with their billing practices. On multiple occasions, they submitted to my insurance late or coded my appointment incorrectly, causing me to lose all of the benefits that I had paid for that year. They also charge you for a «contact lens fitting» when all I ever do is pick up my contacts (which I have been wearing for over 10 years!)
Their doctors are nice, but I’m fed up with them. There are plenty of other doctors in the area — do yourself a favor and find one of them instead.
