Nancy is fantastic! I was so nervous to get my first laser hair removal treatment and really put me at ease and let me know what to expect. Once I get my first area completed I will definitely be getting more areas done! I am hooked!

Nancy does an amazing job — I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s just her and her awesome laser equipment, which she upgrades regularly and seems very knowledgeable about. She is very anal/​thorough — which is exactly what you want for laser! I had legs and armpits done by her and have seen great results. She actually draws lines on your legs to ensure she gets everywhere evenly. Highly recommended!

I have had 5 laser hair removal treatments with Nancy and my results are amazing. She is very professional. It is a one person operation, so if you call and nobody answers, just leave a message. She will call you back.

Can’t write enough nice stuff about this place, went back for my third treatment and I can already see impressive results. I was nervous because after my 2^nd treatment I didn’t see much difference and thought it wouldn’t clear up my finer hairs, but after yesterday they’re almost all gone!
She also just got a new machine and apparently it’s really quick.

Similar to Lana, I have called and called but gotten no answer or a call back. I initially got a groupon and went to the first three sessions, and then, since I needed another three sessions to completely get rid of the hair, I was given the groupon rate again (good), charged for all three of the next sessions, and only got one session (bad). Now I still have two sessions that I have paid for and they will not respond. Very unprofessional, and not the way to get good customers to keep returning. This is probably why they keep doing Groupons — to get a steady stream of new people. Not recommended. Boo. BOO. Wish I could do zero stars.

Excellent hair removal results in only 2 sessions! Extremely satisfied with Nancy’s services and even more ecstatic that shaving has become a thing of the past. I came to New Image after purchasing a groupon and didn’t have very high hopes being olive skin toned but was pleasantly surprised after only the first session. Nancy was very pleasant and explained the procedure and what was to be expected after the session was complete. I recommend new image to anyone who has had no luck with laser hair removal in the past.

This place is horrible do not waste your money!
I have a lot of experience with laser hair removal and saw the groupon for new image a few months ago and decided to buy the small package. let me start off by saying the location is in the CREEPIEST building with a sketchy parking lot. once you go through endless hallways of a murder movie you get to the small room.
As I got there another patient was leaving and the technician/​owner didn’t even look at me but waved me in. She didnt give a greeting or even a smile but handed me a ton of papers to fill out. Ive done plenty of these before but these were SO extensive I couldnt believe it– it was actually scaring me a bit because it felt like i was just about to go into surgery or something. I decided it might be a good thing that the forms were so detailed so i gave a positive outlook.
After the paperwork was done the owner went over all of them with me again explaining the process etc. she asked where i had gotten laser before and when I told her she just rolled her eyes. She told me she decided that I was too tan to get the procedure done that day which shocked me because I am about as white as they come and I have jet black hair. I have had laser with the same machine when i was even darker. She told me to make an appointment for a few months later and that she would put me in her «too tan pile” — which means she probably just uses that as an excuse for everybody. As we were discussing when to come in for the procedure she told me to come back a little while after «with the 600 hundred other groupon buyers».
She looked very worn out from all the people coming in with groupons but seriously that is the company’s own fault not mine. I should be treated like any other customer coming into your business.
After leaving sorely dissappointed I waited 2 months as instructed then tried to make another appointment. I called every single day and no one answered the phone. It got to a point where I was calling every hour and still couldnt get through. I left messages that weren’t returned and still to this day haven’t been able to make an appointment. I’m about willing to forfeit the money i spent on that groupon just because I never want to step foot in there again and the owner is so rude. Waste of time and money.

I started going to Nancy for laser treatments this year. I have a long history of laser needs and have has so-​so results in the past. Since going to Nancy at New Image, I have had EXCELLENT results. I could not be happier. Her prices are very reasonable (as opposed to others such as HLC Med spa which robs you!). Her office is very clean. She has a very small waiting area but it also is always clean and tidy. Nancy is very professional, and lets you know all the risks and benefits of laser from the minute you meet her. A previous reviewer described her as rude — I disagree completely. She is professional and does an amazing job with the procedure and explaining what to do and not to do after treatments. I highly recommend her and New Image.

I bought a Groupon for a facial peel and a Pelleve treatment. I’ve waited a month after my experience to write about it, because with the Pelleve treatment (skin tightening through thermage, which boosts collagen production) results continue to happen for up to six months. I had the Pelleve done on my upper lip, and I counted the vertical lines so I would be able to tell whether the treatment had been effective (pictures were also taken onsite). One month later, I’m down from five lines to three and ready to book another appointment – in other words, it works.
I felt extremely comfortable with Nancy, the technician at New Image – in every sense. She is knowledgeable about the procedure, easy to talk to, and the process itself was pain free. This is a noninvasive procedure done by a skilled technician and I highly recommend it.

I have been here twice after using a Groupon, for underarm laser. I was very pleased. The tech is very efficient and the results were better than expected. Time will tell how many visits it will take to kill the hair forever but as far as the service goes, it was very good.
