Everything But The Dog

I came to find a certain brand of dog food for my finicky 1 year old pup. The owner was very knowledgeable and recommended some choices for my pup. She also offered samples before I splurged on a. big bag of something my dog would not eat. Low and behold, my dog was very interested in the food I brought home… I will be back. Highly recommended

I like to browse in this store. It’s set up very cute and they have neat little things. I try to support small businesses and always tell people about this shop. I actually haven’t purchased much here because it is a little more expensive than I can afford but shopping is also about the experience and service and those are great here! I did buy my dog a birthday cake as a special treat and he appeared to be very pleased customer!

One of my very favorite places to browse and buy dog goods! We get all of our dog food here (dry and wet) and the prices for food are competitive with, if not better than, some of the «big box» stores, plus you get some actual expertise as to what might work for your dog (s) needs. Lauren and her dog Madison are a wonderful team, as is the rest of the small staff, and we love to visit to just pick up a few gourmet cookies when we are out for a walk. The store itself is beautiful, well-​organized, and clean. I am so glad this store is in our neighborhood.

This is a fantastic store and Lauren the owner is simply awesome. My beagle’s food was recalled and she got sick as soon as I switched her to a new food. Lauren came up with a great solution and she is right back on track. I won’t go anywhere again to buy dog food, treats, toys, and supplies. I am a customer for life! If you love your dog, shop here!

A bit pricey, but since it’s a local business and, I believe, independently owned I’ll go back. We had to replenish my dog’s toys and bought $ 70. Since she is a Terrier, she can really tear them up and so far all 6 we have bought have lasted. They have a great selection of dog toys, food, treats, accessories (collars, life jackets, water toys) and some cat toys also. Owner was nice and the store is open, airy and neat!

I cant even get within 2 blocks of this store without my dog, Jameson, pulling me down the street and inside. Lauren, the owner, always greets him with treats and love, and he absolutely adores her. We buy all his food there and she has suggested many great toys and treats over the past few years. LOVE this place!

I have two spoiled large-​breed dogs. I know what dog items cost and this little, charming store is matched dollar for dollar. I went in looking for food and treats for my dog with allergies. I was paying $ 50 for a 40 lb. bag at Petco and I found a food at «Everything But The Dog» with nearly exact ingredients for a few dollars less. Then the extremely helpful employee tells me they have a buy 10, get one free program for bags of food! She sent me a way with samples so I can make sure my dog likes them. I loved the little a la carte section where loose items were priced per pound or per item. I loved the treat selection. The employee was SO helpful and helped me scour the backs of treat packages for those allergy items. I will definitely be going back. I have always thought I would love to not have to shop at a big box store, but assumed the prices would be prohibitive. With this store, I can have both.

They owner is incredibly nice and helpful. I get all my dog food and treats here. Great selection. Some cute novelty stuff too.

When I was switching my dogs food brand (after Merrick changed their dry food formula, grrr.), the owner offered up some samples before I committed to a larger bag. I didn’t take them since my dog will eat pretty much anything (except Merrick’s new formula, apparently.) but was happy that the option was there.

I went into this adorable little shop today right near my house to get a doggie gift for a friends new pup. Sitting in the doorway was an adorable and very well behaved dog that greeted me. Inside there was so much to choose from. I asked the very nice woman what would be best as a little gift for a little dog, and she even looked at the picture of the dog I was buying for on my cell phone. She took me around and picked out a few things for me to choose from. every item she picked was under $ 10 some were under $ 5, so I liked that she wasn’t trying to give me something expensive. I wound up getting an adorable little pink chew toy thing and a box of adorable tiny dog shaped treats. I got the apple flavor, but they also came in blueberry, chicken pot pie and pb&j. I spent $ 14 which was just right. I hope my friends baby dog loves it! I would definitely go to the store again for a pet gift and hopefully when I have a tiny dog of my own.
