Went on a Sunday not busy at all. Easy to navigate through store no trouble finding tons of clothes and other beauty items. Love the bags and the cheap shoes. Didn’t make it to awcond floor but will definitely be returning. Yay!!!

My wife and I went shopping at this store this past Sunday. We planned to purchase a two coats, a number of shirts and pants for both of us. My wife followed me to the dressing area; and waited just outside the room I was in so I could show her how things fit after trying on the items. On the way to the dressing area, we saw other couples doing the same along with families doing the same. Yet, part way through, my wife was approached by «security» who greeted her with«honey.» Security asked my wife if she was trying on clothes; and she stated, not yet. Add that calling a customer you don’t know«honey,» is in extremely bad taste. She was asked to leave the area. When she shared that other couples were doing it as well as families, she was told«not on my watch.» If it matters, we were the overwhelming minority(middle aged white people). We left the store buying nothing. If a store doesn’t trust the customers, the customers don’t have to trust the store. We then went to Vanity Fair whose security(that was present) had no problem with my wife coming along, and even going in the dressing room(which was about thee times the size) with me. Based on how we were treated by Burlington Coat Factory staff, we will not be shopping at Burlington Coat Factory.

Great place to find some really great deals, but sizes/colours can be limited. I generally go there for gifts, accessories, or shoes. I have found very warm winter coats there for the season for much lower prices than the department stores. Do yourself a favour and stop by once in a while to see what they have available, you’ll usually find something to leave the store with.
