Established in 1969.

The origins of Brumbach, Mancuso & Fegley, P.C. date to 1969 when Aaron A. Brumbach, Esquire and Jack G. Mancuso, Esquire formed a partnership and established an office in the historic Baer Building located on Court Street in Reading, PA.

We are a a five member firm engaged in the general practice of law with an emphasis in representing businesses, estate planning and administration, residential and commercial real estate and zoning law, collections, as well as municipal and school law.

Mark M.

Business Owner

Mark J. Merolla has been a member of the firm since 2000. He is a graduate of Villanova University and the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Merolla was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1996, and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to the Firm, Mr. Merolla was employed by Berks County serving as a Special Assistant in the Berks County Solicitor’s Office. In addition to being a member of Brumbach, Mancuso & Fegley, P.C., Mr. Merolla was appointed to serve in Berks County as a Custody and Support Hearing Master.

Mr. Merolla focuses his practice in the areas of: Municipal Law, Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation and Collections /​Creditor’s Rights. Mr. Merolla is a member of The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. Through the Firm’s collection practice, our clients have recovered millions of dollars of unpaid accounts and judgements
