Do not buy any jewelry from this wretched place in the berkshire mall. I bought my wedding band from here… three months after my wedding I had to replace a stone. When I went in the sales rep AND the manager (who looks like he’s 18) started giving me a lecture about how I need to take care of my ring better and not to wear it while washing dishes and sleeping. Which are all things I already know, my engagement ring is wayyyy more valuable and I take care of both rings with caution. I found it to be very rude for them to question me when their product didn’t even last 3 months after it was sold. THEN 6 months later I’m replacing another stone. Some process — blame you for their poor quality jewelry. I asked the sales rep what they would do if this keeps happening and she told me they would evaluate how «often» I wear the ring — how often do you wear a wedding band? is my question. Absolutely no acceptance that their product is faulty. I’m so frustrated with these people, if I could I would sell my ring back to them — such horrible customer service. Please don’t make the same mistake I made or you will regret it.
