Great help in a time of need
I hope no one ever needs them, but it is good to know they are there. We woke up on a Sunday morning to find our cat lying non-​responsive on the floor. We rushed to Berks AES on Lancaster Ave. The staff there could not have been kinder to us, everyone showed great concern for our Rocco. Poor Rocco did not recover, but at such a sad time as that it was nice to know there were people doing everything they could to save him. We really can’t say enough good things about the place. From Paige who checked us in to Dr. Melniczek who first saw Rocco to Dr. Brammer and Sue who were with us when Rocco passed, they were all so kind and understanding. We will miss Rocco forever but it was ice to know he was with good people at the end. Forever grateful…
