4th & Penn St Restaurant opened in 2013 on the corner of 4th and Penn st. in the heart of Reading, PA. Our mission has always been to provide the community with the most authentic food hailing from the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, offering patrons with something new that tastes great. Ramon has been a Chef for more than 20 years. He originally comes from the Dominican Republic and started his career working at a Spanish restaurant. He worked his way up and now owns 4th & Penn St Restaurant where quality cuisine and authentic comfort food are the cornerstones of business.
