Due to the owner’s dishonesty we had to go through UPS Corporate to get a problem solved. Never had a business flat out lie like the owner of this store did to us.

Wow. I personally feel like there are better options out there with better customer service. I personally will be sure to choose another provider for my shipping from here on out.

I’d rather companies deal with Fed ex, but some use UPS for returns. I’ve had to return items here. It’s been a little while, and I found I had to send back the old Comcast Modem and Router. I prepared the box for shipment and brought it to the UPS Store. It was a prepaid shipment. God only knows how much it would’ve cost if it wasn’t. I gave the box to the guy behind the counter. I told him it was prepaid. He had me put it on the scales… odd, even with the prepaid label. He didn’t say anything, but did eventually give me receipt. I’ve had worst experiences at this UPS Store. It’s near the dreaded DMV, and a dying Mexican restaurant. I always wonder how long this UPS Store will stay at this location. Whatever. It exists, it’s there, and serves a purpose.

The employees there are nice enough. My problem is they charge more at this store than others. I also can get a better rate online just printing off my own label. This isn’t the employees fault that their computer system sucks. I just don’t understand how the rates could vary so much between this location and others. They quoted me $ 40 bucks once which I declined. Went home and printed out a label for around $ 30?! Not sure how that’s possible?
