Very nice staff. A bit of trouble as we had to move twice due to construction going on. No help on our moves, thankful we had an extra hour to get where we were going, as we would have come home to a room with a collapsed bathroom ceiling. Construction operations could & should have been better coordinated. Otherwise, the rooms were clean but dated. Glad they are pet friendly.

If you like to marinate in the smell of smoke then enjoy your stay here.
I thought Raynham was a nice area, but this hotel was the PITS.
There was a fight outside at night, the room was drenched in smoke smell and it took us all day to clean our skin and clothes
Management could have cared less about our concerns.
STAY AWAY. seriously, do yourself a favor. It is gross

This place is okay for a one night stay. I stayed for a week and made it work but would not stay here again. The rooms are old and smell old, stale and like cigarettes. I also saw a bug in the room. The continental breakfast was okay. The staff was nice but I would not recommend this place. This is definitely a 1 – 2 star hotel. This place needs a serious makeover.

If you just need to stay a night I would say do it, however if you plan on staying a couple nights you may want to look else where. The room was a decent size and the shower was huge, however, we found a sock that was not ours and there were very distinct ink stains on the sheet. The combination of the definitely grossed me out. They must not be doing a very thorough cleaning.
The hotel is right on Route 44 though which is surrounded by everything! Great location.
