We focus on building and maintaining relationships with our commercial and residential costumers. Many of our customers have been with us for over 13 years and our customer return rate is 99%. We also offer professional weekly lawn mowing to commercial and residential properties.

History

Established in 2000.

Garden Gate Lawn & Landscape had its beginning in 2000 when Michael and his Grandfather, Lavern, started a small residential lawn mowing and landscaping service in Raymore MO called Mike’s Lawn Service. During his high school years, he worked along side his grandfather learning the basics of lawn service. In 2005 he graduated from high school and launched out on his own. At this time he also enrolled in the Turf Management program at Metropolitan Community College. He received a degree in Grounds & Turf Management with a Certificate in Horticulture and Sustainable Agriculture. This was a tremendous learning opportunity for him as he incorporated the mechanics of his college coursework into his every day work responsibilities. In 2009 Michael and his wife Jessica incorporated the company and change the name to Garden Gate Lawn & Landscape.

Landscaping has been a passion of mine, for over 13 years. I have ran my own company, located in Raymore Missouri, since the age of 12 and continued my passion in to college, securing a degree in Grounds & Turf Management, with a certificate in Horticulture.
