History

Established in 2016.

Before Retro Fitness of Raritan opened, the 18,000 square foot space, housed a women’s gym that started back in 1985. When the space became vacant, Bill Iovino, the owner, saw an opportunity to open his 4^th Retro Fitness. The new gym occupies 17,000 square feet with another business taking the rest. The club is three floors with full lockers and showers, a spin room, smoothie bar, group x room, theater, child sitting and great new eqeuipment.

Manager

My name is Tiffany Weikel. I’m 24 years old and from Hillsborough, NJ. I have my Associates in Business Liberal Arts from Raritan Valley Community. After receiving my associates, I decided to take the year off to figure out exactly what I wanted to do to continue my education in. Soon after, I started working at Bill’s other club in Manville as a front desk employee. Just like Bill, I enjoy the fitness life and working out. Working at Retro Fitness never feels like a job to me and I love going in every day! After 5 months, I was promoted to an assistant manager. One month later, Bill made the decision to open up his 4^th gym in Raritan. After the news had spread, I was given the opportunity to interview and got the manager’s position.
