Very frustrating experience with them. I called asking about insurance for five rental properties and was told I could get quotes the next day (I had a deadline and they agreed to help so that was great). We spent time going over everything and I provided all of the details requested. Today they asked if my primary insurance was with State Farm because if so I could get a discount. When i said no, they said that because I had a previous claim (last year and was disclosed at the beginning of our conversation) and was not a current customer, I was now ineligible. That should have been the first question, not the last question.
Make sure you start with «can I be covered». I put one-​star because this was way more irritating than «I’ve experienced better».
