Walgreens

Came on Christmas Day. Was pretty busy.
Not: please ask team members to have the barcode scanners facing down. The laser bouncing is harsh on the eyes. Thanks

Slowest customer service in the pharmacy ever. I can feel myself morphing into the miserable 90 year old in front of me in line.

Came into the Randolph Walgreens, on Route 28, today to get an iTunes gift card…
The store is very clean and organized, and it wasn’t busy, which was nice.
The parking lot was large, and clean, and they are open 24 hours.
For checkout, it took a bit longer than hoped for, but I was not happy when the cashiers cell phone was out, visible, and on at the register, on a texting page! Yikes.
At least, the store was overall really organized and clean, and he was friendly (but put away that cell phone!). 4 stars.

Newish so it is nice in that is not dated and the service is friendly but the lines are quite long at times they might want to find a way to better monitor them and offer extra assistance at times. The selection is typical of a drugstore loads of things you need and loads of garbage junk food with nothing health or well organic or fresh lol. The only issue other then the lines is you get the coupon clippers sometimes here and god to sit behind them to save two nickles is insane but it happens I guess.

Again, I just think that everyone should know the treatment you will get from the staff at the pharmacy here.
There was a long line of cars at the drive-​thru. I had gout and limped into the store to get my scripts. The Pharmacy Tech saw I was in pain and immediately came to the window to help me when she was in the middle of something! The place was all packed due to flu shots! packed! She got all 5 of my prescriptions and proceeded to «WHISPER»…yes…“WHISPER” quietly what medication they couldn’t fill fully!
She apologized and told me she gave me what they could and they would call when the rest came in.
I just think it’s absolutely polite for these pharmacists to not SCREAM OUT your medicine and to take the time to treat you like a person. I have changed over here like I said and I’ve been treated like I’m royalty. Again, Thank you Walgreens… I honestly. mean it. You guys really made me feel better today!

Like your typical Walgreens. Only thing is, this one is 24 7. Can’t beat that!
