I dropped off my Maine Coon cat to get a lion cut and flea dip. I asked them the price but they said they couldn’t tell me because she had some mats and they weren’t sure how long it would take, but they told me the flea treatment was $ 15.00, which is in line with other places. So, being a trusting soul, I believed their price would be similiar to what I have paid in the past at the vets and Petco (around $ 50-​$ 65 for the cut). An hour later they call and say my cat is ready and the cost is $ 175.00!!! Now tbey have my cat, so there is not much I can do but just pay them and vow to never go there again and get the word out everywhere I can so other trusting people are not taken advantage of like me. Also note that they only accept cash, so no credit card disputes are possible.

for 75 dollars i expected more. my dog is tough when it comes to getting his nails clipped and being washed. The staff said they would go at his pace and take between 2 and 3 hours. they called me and said he was ready in an hour. I feel as though they gave up on him. the non-​shedding service they promised wasnt effective and the cologne or scent they offered didnt seem to be applied. The staff was very nice to me, my dog is clean, but i will most likely go to a different groomer next time. I honestly could have done as good a job for free. When i take my dog somewhere to get cleaned i expect more.
