At The Pearl of Siam, fresh meats, fish, vegetables, and fruit are hand picked and purchased daily at local markets so that the recipes are prepared with only the freshest ingredients. Everything is prepared from scratch and preservatives and MSG are never used. The food is prepared to order, so you can request as much or as little spice as you’d like. If you prefer, you can ask to have spice brought to your table so that you may add your own. Finish your meal with mango ice cream, sticky rice with mango, fried bananas or some other delicious offering.

History

Established in 1997.

The Pearl of Siam, located at 540 Highway 10 West in Randolph, is a family owned Thai restaurant. We opened in 1997 when our children were still young. Today two of our children are in college and often work alongside us in our family business along with our younger daughter.

Serving only authentic Thai food, our restaurant offers traditional Thai dishes inspired by the chef’s childhood experiences in Thailand with his mother’s cooking. Thai taste can be defined by the use of these 5 flavors: spicy, sweet, salty, bitter and sour. Only Thai cuisine brings each of these flavors together harmoniously in a meal. Come and enjoy some of the most delicious and creative Thai dishes to be found. Bring your own beer or wine or stop just a few doors down at the liquor store to pick some up if you like.
