Made an appt for 5:30. Had asked her 5:30 or 6, she said whatever works for u, I said 5:30. I get there and only one staff there working on a customer. I waited over a half over when she could have just asked me to come in at 6. She said thank you for waiting, but no apology. The acrylics I got were poorly done. They were messy and I am not happy with what she did. will probably not going back.

Not crazy about it. I was looking for a place to get a pedi one day and drove by Friendly. It was about 1pm on a weekday afternoon and the place looked closed. I decided to call to double check and was told that they’d be open in 20 minutes(the lady had left to run some errands around town). I waited and waited and finally was able to get in. The woman doing my nails was friendly(no pun intended) but I received a pretty shoddy pedicure. She convinced me to get a manicure too which was an even worse experience. Very little cuticle trimming and the polish didn’t even look even. I think I could have done as good a job and kept the $ 35 in my pocket. Next time I’ll go back to my favorite place, A&T in Braintree. This place will be a last minute resort, if anything.

Unfortunately, I don’t live anywhere near Randolph anymore, so I can’t go there, but this is one of the best places to go to get your nails done. The salon is really cute inside and the women that work there are really eager to please. Every time I’ve gotten a pedicure there, I’m usually in the chair for about an hour(unlike at Vivi, where I’m lucky if it’s 20 min), and they really pamper you. The manicures are great too. They offer waxing as well, and my mom swears by it– her eyebrows are never bright red afterwards. Randolph has way too many nail salons in my opinion, but Friendly Nails is a keeper.
