Our house specialty is Veal Osso Bucco, all Raviolis are homemade, we do have on the menu and a daily specials, Pasta, include a Gluten Free, Organic GMO Free, Whole Grain, Chicken, Veal, Pork Chop, Filet Mignon, Rib Eye Steak, Veal Chop, Lamb Shank, Ostrich, Wilde Boar Tenderloin, Venison, Bison, Berkshire Pork, Rabbit, Shrimp, Salmon, Tilapia, Tuna, Scallops, Bronzini, Orato, Sockeye Salmon, Snapper, Swordfish, etc… etc and to mention some appetizers, like Tripe, Escargot, Tuna Tartar, Seafood Salad, Steam Clams and Mussels, Calamari, Beet and Goat Cheese Salad, Baby Greens, Spinach Salad, etc… etc. and soups, like a Lobster Bisque, Pasta Fagioli, Vegetable, Straccatella, Butternut Squash, Escarole and Bean etc… Come try our food, you will be not disappoint.
History
Established in 2009.
We open our Restaurant on January 2009 and all our employers have a long experience working on a different places on New York and New Jersey. The Chef is Anthony Giovani from Babina northern Italy a small town near Shumice and Udinese, others on the dinning room and kitchen are like e United Nations starting, with USA, Albania, Italy, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, all nice and very hard working people.
