Burger King

Place is perfect! A hallmark of the old Randolph. It will be missed. Many good memories it’s sad it had to close because of the violence and problems.

Worst experience I ever had when visiting a restaurant. The worker was rude at the drive through when I couldn’t answer him due to the next car hasn’t moved yet (at least put the camera out front for some decency). I ordered large classic fries + bacon cheese burger, I got the small size fries like one at Mcdonald.
I would never come back there again, Never had any of those problems when visiting Mcdonald even its near midnight.

I just had my first and last visit to this Burger King today… Had I remembered to check Unilocal I would have circumvented this terrible experience but it wasn’t until after I was already there and pressed for time that I thought to check. It already has a terrible rating and I can see why.
The heavy set «gentleman» behind the counter was obviously not in the mood to be at work. He was being short with all the customers ahead of me and being extra rude to the staff preparing the food. His hands were absolutely filthy and he kept pulling his pants up between orders. The worst part is I think he was one of the managers or shift leads…
The restaurant itself looks dated on the exterior and filthy on the inside. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this location. You’ll thank me!

Stay away, food from the drive thru is always cold. I don’t understand why their so slow, it’s a fast food restaurant.

Thanks to area manager Michelle I’m very satisfied with how corporate handled settled the situation. I look forward to returning!

There are a few things I expect of fast food, the first being that it is fast. Went to the drive thru waited by the speaker box for 10 minutes, then another 10 at the window waiting for the food.
The second thing that I expect is if you’re going to hand me something out the window like my change, you should actually wait for a my hand and when you drop the money on the ground… apologize.
Third if I order a drink please put a straw in the bag or hand me a straw.
Four, do not try and stuff everything into the smallest bag you have.
Five, this burger king was robbed about 4 years ago. When you have crackheads coming in with clear cups and stealing your soda and knocking on car windows looking for a change, you may want to consider putting some more cameras out front and signs and actually calling the police when these guys are hanging out in front of your door.
It is sad because it is not a bad part of town.

This is one of those situations where I wish I could rate different aspects of the experience differently.
For example, the food was 4-​Stars in that it tasted pretty much as I thought it would taste. They mildly messed up part of my order (putting bacon on a burger I’d asked to be plain cheese), but it certainly wasn’t a deal-​breaker.
The cashier was okay. Kinda seemed miserable, but I guess that’s to be expected.
What brought this rating as far down as it did was actually the MANAGER. This very large (tall AND fat) manager just kept barking at the employees and I actually watched him talk DOWN to one of the workers. He actually made ME feel uncomfortable being there.
I was so tempted to tell him off but my fear would have been him taking it out WORSE on his employees after I left.
If that hefty manager is reading this, you really need to learn how to have respect for people and if they make mistakes, work WITH them instead of barking AT them and trying to make them feel like crap. Trust me, I’m sure they feel bad enough already having to work in a fast food joint under YOUR direction. You don’t need to pile it on.

ok… fast food joints are already bad. but this place tops my list.
1. bad service. screaming talking all loud. rude. slow.
2. how can BK run out of hamburgers during lunch hour on a weekday?
3. they have a open kitchen where everyone can see. Put on some damn gloves b4 u handle the food.
4. meats cold. seriously. i dont want to waste my time on a whole list of stuff. just try to avoid if possible.
