This AT&T location used to be so quick, that you could go in and out after purchasing a new phone. That was 8 years ago for me. It took me 1 hour to get assistance recently(with only 5 people ahead of me in line; what’s the matter, not enough employees?) and on top of that, the promotions they offer(like for trading in an old smartphone, only to get it towards phone accessories) are stale. Try the much quicker Apple Store instead. At least they take the value of your old phone and apply it to your new one.

Stopped into the AT&T store in Randolph after attempting to upgrade my old iPhone 4 at the Washington st, Brockton, and south shore plaza store. I could not believe 3 stores did not have the phone in stock and refused to order the phone for me to pick up in store!!! As soon as I walked into the Randolph location I was immediately greeted by Hien and the store manger Melissa even though the store was pretty busy. Hien is a great asset to the AT&T team. He was the only rep that took a look at my account and informed me of the new plans available to me. He saved me $ 50 on my bill!!! The manager and the other employees were extremely friendly and helpful! They took the time to help me transfer all the information into my new phone. It was the first time I have walked into an AT&T store and was treated like a human and not a walking ATM. I would highly recommend this location to all my friends and family. Great teamwork over there!

Walked in there to buy a new iPhone and was totally ignored by staff for many, many minutes. Finally realized two employees were helping one customer. At this point there were at least two other customers behind me waiting who were also ignored. Finally asked one of the staff if there was anyone else to help. The person told me no(turned out she was the manager of the store). I told her that customers should be greeted when they come into the store and told what kind of wait time to expect. Finally another employee came out and helped me and he was fantastic. Meanwhile the whole time, the manager was babysitting the other employee she was helping, the guy who came in after me left, the second person that was after him got ignored and a woman waiting behind him jumped ahead of him. All in all a very frustrating experience!

Convenient location and I’ve always walked in to prompt, very helpful service whether I’ve been looking for a new phone or just needed help with something on my phone. They’ve always helped me weigh an upgrade with cost considerations to pick the best option for me and I’ve always been happy with what I’ve left here with. They’ve always had anything I’ve been looking for in stock including recently when the docking station I got for Christmas wouldn’t work with my phone– I walked in and explained and was immediately handed the perfect adapter.
