The jerk chicken pasta was amazing!!! So much flavor, tender chicken. I may get it again today.

Rio Cobre occupies the space of a previously popular Caribbean restaurant Koconut Grille. After some remodeling, the restaurant is much more open and modern than the previous tenant. I ordered the Brown Stew Chicken and Curry Chicken, hoping for something authentic and memorable. The Curry Chicken was great: big pieces of white meat, thick, flavorful curry sauce, and well-​seasoned provisions. The Brown Stew Chicken was an HUGE disappointment. The sauce was thin and greasy with too little seasoning. The chicken was well cooked and had a great texture but I lost interest after the first few bites. The young lady who took my order was very friendly but the service was very slow. There wasn’t enough food prepared to complete my order so I had to wait another 10 minutes for the cooks to reheat a refrigerated container of Curry Chicken. My experience with Rio Cobre was ok: not bad enough to keep me away and not good enough to keep me coming back.
