Welcome to Westmont Optometry, where the one-on-one attention we give each patient sets us apart from others in the field.
Your eye health is of great importance to us! We provide routine eye exams, contact lens exams, urgent eye care, co-manage LASIK and cataract surgery, screening for cataracts, diabetic, and glaucoma changes in the eye. Our state-of-the-art retinal camera helps us monitor and follow such changes.
Our experienced and friendly staff will help you select the frames that are best suited to your facial features.

Established in 1976.
Dr. Walter Wolleat received his Doctorate of Optometry from Los Angeles Collage of Optometry (currently known as Southern California College of Optometry) and has been practicing at the same location serving the San Pedro/Rancho Palos Verdes area of Southern California since 1976.

Business Owner
Dr. Wolleat grew up in Inglewood, California. He graduated from Southern California College of Optometry in 1971.
Dr. Wolleat is very active in the community and has been the past president of the San Pedro Kiwanis Club, past Board of Directors at the San Pedro Pennisula YMCA, and presently on the board of San Pedro Trojans Club.
He also is very active in the field of his own profession. He has been the past director of ocntact lens at Joseph Mulach eye Center, past consultant for Coast Contact Lens, and presently on the board of NVISION Laser Center
