Pamela is amazing to work with and you would not go wrong choosing her to represent you on your next Real Estate Transaction. We used her to help us purchase our 1^st home in California. Having bought and sold homes in 2 other states we knew how important the right agent was and we were so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Pamela. She was with us every step of the way and made the whole process easy. She is extremely professional and always available to answer questions. The very 1^st time she met with us she took the time to really get to know us, our needs, and wants in our new home. This was so helpful and very different than any other agent we have worked with. Therefore, when we started looking for homes she knew exactly what to show us and didn’t waste our time showing us homes that she knew would not fit our needs. We could not be happier with our choice in Pamela representing us and we will definitely use her again when it comes time to buy/​sell another house.

I cannot say enough positive things about our realtor Pamela. She made all 4 of our real estate transactions (2 sales, 2 buys) go extremely smoothly. We used her to buy our first house years ago in Redondo Beach, then after growing our family we decided we wanted to move to Palos Verdes. Wow– she is definitely the agent on the peninsula to use if you are interested in living there! She has been a long time resident and knows the area extremely well. She even took us on a very informative tour of the entire peninsula just to make sure we had a feel for all of the different options and neighborhoods.
When putting our houses up for sale, she was instrumental in helping stage the house and get it ready for showings. (Extremely helpful when you have 2 young children!) Both of our houses that we have sold using Pamela have stayed on the market for less than 2 weeks. Both closed without a hitch and I know that it was Pamela’s experience that made this happen. I have also referred friends to Pamela and they have had similar experiences with her– she is able to find the right house and get it at the right price. She knows everyone in the business up here– I felt very confident when putting in an offer on both of our past houses with her advice.
She puts in so much time to really get to know her clients– I know that she must have had a lot of other families she was working with when she sold our houses– but she made us feel like we were her most important clients. She takes great care in getting to know you and your family and truly does want you to find the best house for your situation.
We recently moved to the Houston area and when I initially called her to help us sell our Palos Verdes house she went out of her way to also interview and find the best agent for us to use in Texas once we got here. And that agent was also fabulous!
Pamela works for you and your family– she knows her South Bay, specifically Palos Verdes, real estate. She will find you the best house and she is able to sell your house and make all transactions super smooth! During moving it can be such a stressful time, Pamela helped ease our nerves and steer us in the right direction with all of her knowledge and experience about Palos Verdes real estate. She is the only agent to use. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her!

Dishonest! She has immense local knowledge and process knowledge, but uses it to be unethical.
I made an offer on a home she listed. It was a multiple offer situation and all offers were due by Monday and a decision would be made Monday night. We offered over asking. Monday afternoon, my agent calls and they say they are looking at offer right then. Monday night, no communication. Tuesday or Wednesday, we are told they accepted another offer. When the home closed, I see the offer was $ 1,000 more than mine on a $ 1.36M home. It is plainly obvious, they used my offer to get a higher offer from someone else (1 day delay on communicating was to see if other buyer would match or beat my offer). We had a higher amount we could have went to if they asked for best and final, but that was never communicated from the first offer or after. I can only surmise it’s for 2 reasons. She had a personal vested interest in the other buyer. She was upset that the seller and I struck up a friendship. He was at the home when I toured it and we are alumni of the same school. We discussed business leads as well as his home. At one point, she told my agent, ‘tell your buyer to stop talking to my seller.’ Really? I can’t talk to a fellow alumni? Of course the conservation may drift towards the house, but it will be about a host of other topics. By the way, a year later the seller is a friend and business contact.
Check out sale history of 28 359 San Nicholas. She was the agent on the ⁵⁄₂₀₁₃ listing representing both buyer and seller. She was the agent on the sale in ¹¹⁄₂₀₁₃. She earned 2x commission on the property and got the owner to part with their house for $ 825K without ever hitting the MLS. She worked with the flipper and made commission again on the house when it sold for $ 1.555M six months later. What if the seller could have gotten $ 1M for his house if listed on the MLS. That’s an additional $ 175K for the original owner, but less commission for Pam because it’s only one transaction.
My boss has used her as a buying agent. His budget was $ 2M. She kept pressuring him to buy homes that didn’t fit. After several showings she became harder to schedule time with. His family eventually stopped using her as an agent. He eventually purchased a million plus home after about 6 months of searching.
I’ve looked for a home in the south bay for many years and have spoken to many agents. Not one non-​Remax agent has ever said anything nice about her. Realtors are a tight community, but one even went so far as saying ‘she’s a real piece of work.‘
Obviously buyers should avoid her if possible. My question to sellers is, if she is like this with buyers, is she getting top dollar for your house or looking out for her commission? Sure, she’ll sell your house fast, but at what cost to you? On the property I was interested in, she left about $ 40K on the table for the seller.

Pamela is a force! You want her to be on your side of the real estate equation. Not only did she help us sell our house in a down market for over-​asking after just 1 open house but she found us our dream house too. She is an extremely hard worker who knows how to get things done. And her help doesn’t stop after the sale. 3 years later and I still go to her for advise. So lucky to have found her.
