I have used Instorage RPV for quite some time. The facility is always tidy and clean. Access is easy but secure. The staff has always been pleasant to deal with.

My husband and I needed to find a storage unit ASAP and we went with this one because it was the most convenient due to its location. I really wish we had more time to find a better place. There have been several times when I went there, during business hours, and no one was available and the doors were locked. It wasn’t a holiday and there was no sign stating when the person would be back. We had the unit for 4 months and only needed it for 3 days into the 5th month but they still charged us the full $ 180. I asked them if there was anyway we could just pay half or something since it was only 3 days but they said no. In addition, if you have large furniture, it’s nearly impossible to maneuver through the very narrow hallways and sharp turns. Your furniture WILL get scratched.
This is a good place if you need to find a quick and temporary place to store your stuff. If you have the time to do more research and have time to shop around, you will definitely find a MUCH better place.

It is like any other storage facility. The upside is that it is near residential areas. The downside is the price. But then again the convenience makes up for the cost so it’s all good. Three stars only because I’m a cheapskate. :D
