Love love this man .My hubby put me on a budget (boo-hoo).The doc did what he thought was the best value for me and my face. Well he was right. I look great and refreshed. Do buy there special. What great deals. .The staff is so nice and helpful .Love the skin care product too. I am from Canada and yes still is a great deal.

Despite having past positive experiences with both Drs Morrow and Wu, I cannot recommend the Morrow Institute. For over 10 years I have ordered products from Dr. Morrow’s and never had a problem until recently. As I do not live in the area, I typically pay to have the items shipped to me. Last month I placed an order for Latisse and clearly provided Ana Rosa with my mailing address (an address that I have not lived at for over two years, but have simply not gotten around to changing on my credit cards due to paperless billing) and billing address. Unfortunately, they shipped the product to my billing address. After a few weeks passed and I still had not received the product, I called the office. I was told that they had sent the package to the incorrect address and that I would have to contact the post office to ask that the package be forwarded. While I did not think that their error was my responsibility, I agreed. Of course calling the USPS is time well spent. Not! When I was finally able to get through to someone from the post office she told me that they would not forward the package to me and that it would simply be returned to the sender in 15 days. I called back Dr. Morrow’s office and advised them of this and requested that they ship my Latisse order to the address that I requested. They agreed and did send the product which arrived as expected.
A few weeks later I called to place an order for some other skin care products and Ana Rosa answered the phone. She asked me if I’d been able to locate the Latisse that was sent to the wrong address and I responded that I had not. After all, why would I. I am currently in Sacramento and the billing address was in Santa Monica. She took my order for over $ 400 worth of products and said that she would ship it to me, but it never arrived. The following week she had another employee leave a message for me stating that they would not send the products I ordered the week before since the Latisse that they sent to the wrong address had not been sent back to them. When I called and spoke to Ana Rosa she told me that while she knew there was a «snafu» in sending the package to the wrong address, it was still my responsibility to get the product back to them and that they would not sell any other products to me. I told Ana Rosa that I would not be spending anymore of my time trying to locate the package that she sent to the incorrect address.
I regularly buy items online and vendors have a place for a billing address and a shipping address. I have never in my life had a problem with this. I would never have expected such poor customer service from Dr. Morrow’s office as he is so pleasant and diligent. The man even saw me on Thanksgiving day after a procedure! Unfortunately, as his office manager seems to be lacking accountability for her errors, I will not be giving this office my business any longer.

I had the face planing where they use a blade to resurface your face and add a glycolic acid peel. It was worth it. I saw Evelyn. The normaly microdermabrasion is normallyt $ 99 to $ 125 they have a special of $ 50. the planing was $ 10 more for $ 60 total. Then they do botox and Radiesse… Best Cosmetic Doctor in the desert and super great prices.

just got back from a microdermabrasion facial here and have nothing but positive things to say about the place. its a full service surgery center but in a sort of spa like setting. my treatment was very relaxing and the results are instant, (you should go 4 – 8 times to get best results). this was my first time having this facial and i cant wait to go back. price was a deal, i paid $ 50 for a 45 treatment that is normally $ 125. this rate should be good for the rest of the summer. they use all natural skin care products developed by doctor morrow. beforehand, they have a eucalyptus, jojoba, AHA & lavender exfoliator that i really love. after the microdermabrasion you get a soothing facial mask, moisturizer, sun screen & fantastic vitamin C serum. professional & very nice staff. evelyn did my treatment A+.
