I’ve had a second home here at Sunrise for 13 years. I love it! It’s very peaceful and quiet, and I feel safe with the guard posted at the gated entrance 24⁄7. I’ve never had a bad meal at the restaurant – great steaks, seafood, salads, etc. I had a wonderful Mother’s Day Brunch this year as well. After a round of golf on their beautiful, very well-maintained executive course, I love relaxing in the bar at their happy hour. Most everyone here is very friendly. Very centrally located as well, close to The River and Aqua Caliente. Painting and landscaping was updated a couple years ago. I look forward to retiring and spending my winters here in the near future!

Food at the restaurant is fantastic. Service is great too. Had the rack of lamb and my wife had the lobster tail. They were both the best.

Established in the early 1970s, this is a very friendly club. They have one of the best tennis programs in the desert and a beautifully maintained executive golf course. We seldom eat out and when we do, it is at this club because the service is as good as it gets, the prices are fair and the food never disappoints.

My parents have a small condo here and I love visiting and spending a weekend in the desert. First, it’s in Rancho Mirage, which in my humble opinion is the nicest city in the Palm Springs area. The facilities are spotless and well maintained, and there is always a security guard on duty at both entrances. Yes, the homes look a little dated but hopefully that will change as I believe all the homes in this development will be receiving a new painting soon. All the residents seem pretty friendly and will greet you whenever they walk past you. And it’s not all senior citizens either. Look carefully and you will see a roadrunner every so often. Oh yeah, did I mention it’s only 4 miles from the casino?
