I’ve had my carpets cleaned by several outfits from around town, however no one has come close to the service provided by Smith’s Carpet team. The tech that came was on time, and incredibly polite. He not only moved my furniture to clean underneath it, he actually put my couches on foam blocks to allow the carpet to dry… Lifted them by himself… I was impressed with the service and was actually the least expensive carpet cleaning I’ve ever had. Great service, great value. Highly recommended.

Sorry for the late review! Had Smith’s come out to Palm Desert and clean my OLD porous saltillo tile in my new condo. The tile was very dirty & stained because the finish had worn off years ago. They didn’t guarantee anything, but were willing to try and the price was right. Ernesto came out and did a sample section and there were still no guarantees :(However, I didn’t move the furniture that day for nothing and was going to put down area rugs anyway. WOW!!! Was I shocked! Ernesto did an AMAZING job! The tile was BRIGHT & felt CLEAN under my bare feet. The price ended up being a little more than quoted but that was because I measured wrong. I ended up doing a quick mop-​on finish coat myself (as I was over my budget at this point!) that looked great. THANKS Ernesto & Smith’s Tile Cleaning! I added you to our HOA list of vendors and recommended you to J&W Property Management.

Best in the West Air Conditioning recently replaced an air handler located in an attic. Unfortunately when removing it parts of the system fell to the floor in an area that the tarp was not covering. The first and only company we think of is Smith’s Desert Carpet Cleaning. This accident occurred on Monday they were out on Tuesday and I received a call from the homeowner with a glowing report. They not only cleaned the carpet they took care of the tile and Mrs. homeowner loves them so much she is calling them back to clean her living room upholstery. Thank You so much Steve and crew!!! I purchased my home from an elderly couple. The carpets and grout were basically thrashed. Steve did an excellent job. He sent someone back out to redo the carpet since it was in such dreadful shape and they came out beautifully. His worker was very, very professional, talented and polite. I found a great new carpet cleaner!
