Seriously unhappy with the lack of professionalism from this place! Called and made an appt 2 weeks early. The woman on the phone said they would confirm the day prior. I never received any confirmation and showed up day of 22 minutes lates. I thought class started at 830 and it was at 8, i can in at 822 to be turned away. I have a family at home so this was a planned day for me. Needless to say i did not appreciate their not confirming my appt. or taking me bc i was late. After all, it is my obligation to pass the test at the end of the day.
