I called water works due to their excellent reviews here on Unilocal and very glad did. I had a blockage from the master bath and Fernando who I spoke with was very helpful and next day sent one of guys that came trouble shoot the problem and was done less than a hour and arrived early very knowledgeable and respectful. In the future I know who I will be calling to help with any further issues with pluming thank you waterworks

Woke up on a Sunday morning to backed up tub and showers. Called Waterworks Plumbing and Rooter. Josh showed up at my house within the hour as promised. He fixed the problem and provided us with a photo of the cause of the issue. Price was more than reasonable for an emergency call on Sunday.
I will definitely call them again if we run into any plumbing issues.

We had a plumbing backup over the weekend and our regular plumber was not available. I checked Unilocal reviews before calling and selected Waterworks. They had great ratings but there were only a few reviews. so I was a little nervous. However, a lot of the companies with good overall ratings also had a lot of poor individual reviews, My suggestion is to read the individual reviews rather than relying solely on the overall before deciding who you want to call.
Waterworks came to our house quickly and on time (on a Sunday morning), Very friendly. Even spoke with a city inspector to help us get a rebate because the roots were from city trees. Prices were reasonable and there was no upcharge for coming out on a weekend.
I would call them again for sure.

Came out on 11⁄24. To help locate our septic tank. Used camera. They suggested us to locate a pipe cause camera stopped. After a week of us looking fo pipe we found. They came back out and used camera again and we’re able to locate exactly where tank was. Very professional

Waterworks is the best… They’ve been out to snake my toilet, my kitchen sink, and fix the ac condensation leak in my condo (which has really bad pipes to begin with). I called Andy late Friday… I was getting no shower water pressure and I thought there was a leak in the kitchen… Andy showed up — he took front off of dishwasher and searched for moisture… thankfully no leak. and in the shower… t turns out it was a bad shower head! I didn’t even think to try the tub nozzle for pressure! Felt like an idiot. Andy was great and didn’t even charge me. Thanks Andy! See you on the next one–

We had a party for 50 on Saturday night, and an overflowing toilet on Sunday morning… we’re new to the area, and took a chance on Waterworks. We couldn’t be more pleased! Andy Lopez got here quickly, diagnosed the problem almost immediately, knew exactly where to find the cleanout I had looked all over for, and fixed the clog before I even got out there to observe! He patiently explained what was going on and what had to be done to alleviate the problem permanently. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and reasonably priced. Il’l definitely make my Waterworks my go-​to guys!
